FULLY EVOLVED DIVISION    

A Metric Century  Ride - with a vertical mile climb 
Fully Evolved Bibs include  entrance in timed event, 4 water stations, SAG support   

Description:

Course opens at 7:00 am, closes at 12 noon

This is one of the most beautiful and challenging bike rides in California with a spectacular ride along the
SANTA BARBARA COASTLINE and then ride up a VERTICAL MILE to La Cumbre Peak with a view of 
the city, ocean and  Santa Cruz Island.

The roads and lanes followed are low traffic density and follows spectacular roads and 
lanes passing vineyards and beach town communities of Carpenteria, Summerland and Montecito.
Traffic support provided by the CHP at our Hwy 154 crossing.

WARNING
This is a professional ride with steep grades of up to 10%. Steep declines and hairpin turns can be expected in the Painted Cave area. You will reach this after the hill climb and on the way down. Riders are admonished to follow courteous speeds in this residential community.

CRO MAGNON DIVISION    

A Half Century 50K Ride    


Description:

Course opens at 8:00 am, closes at 12 noon 

This is a half metric Century Ride. This follows the 100K route with the exclusion of the hill climb. Instead, it goes passed the HISTORIC SANTA BARBARA MISSION and finishes a perfect 50K right at the Earth Day Festival at Alameda Park. 

This is a great option for the intermediate rider with spectacular  scenery of beaches, mansions along the rolling hills of Montecito. You will arrive at a festival with an expected 40,000 visitors for a GRAND FINISH.

Live music, performances at Bike World, a Beer Garden and dozens of food vendors wait for you at the end of this Epic ride.
